In the bar we serve a signature cocktail menu connected to the history and mystery of our city of Lima, reflecting the variety and quality of Peruvian ingredients. Mixology is one of the key elements of the MGallery brand and in the Saya bar you can enjoy everything from classic pisco sour to more conceptual cocktails such as “Libertad” or “Santa Rosa”
